Bandit CrossFit is now accepting participants for our 3-week Couch to CrossFit program. With this course, you will learn:
- The basic fundamentals of CrossFit
- How to perform CrossFit exercises properly within your current fitness level
Some of the biggest myths about CrossFit are you need to be “fit” in order to do it, or that it’s dangerous. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Anybody can do CrossFit. Here at Bandit, we emphasize proper form and how to exercise safely and effectively while giving you the intensity you need to get in shape.
COUCH TO CrossFit DETAILS:
Dates: September 11th -September 29th 2017 (9 total classes)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 7:30 pm-8:30 p.m.*
*The last class on September 29th will be at 5:30 p.m.
